How scoring works

Proof of work, not just attendance

  1. 1

Every C is scored from 0 to 5

Scores come from your own progress in the course (projects, assignments, quizzes, attendance, profile) and from ratings given by your Subject Matter Expert (communication and case study).

  2. 2

    Each C must be met

A C is met when its requirement is fulfilled - for example at least 2 approved projects for Configuration, or attendance above 70% (or an approved waiver) for Chronicle.

  3. 3

Your overall score is the average

All eight Cs carry equal weight (12.5% each). The average out of 5 is turned into a percentage and a grade.

  4. 4

Track it live in your course

Your learning dashboard shows every C, what is still missing and your current score, so you always know what to work on next.

Grades

Outstanding 90% and above
Excellent 75% - 89%
Very Good 60% - 74%
Good 45% - 59%
Satisfactory below 45%

Claiming the report before all classes are completed counts the Communication rating at half value, so most learners claim it at the end of the course.
