Refund Policy | Intern Stump

This policy explains when payments made on Intern Stump can be refunded. It applies to iSure Coin packs and membership plans bought on the website.

1. iSure Coin packs

iSure Coins are credited to your wallet immediately after a successful payment and do not expire.
Because iSure Coins are a digital credit available for use straight away, iSure Coin purchases are non-refundable once credited, except in the cases listed in section 3.
iSure Coins already spent to unlock a tool are not refunded. If a tool fails because of a technical problem on our side, the AI run is not counted and you can try again within your unlocked session.

2. Memberships

A membership is activated immediately after payment (or queued to start after your current membership ends).
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if you have not unlocked any tool using that membership.
After 48 hours, or once a tool has been unlocked with it, a membership is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for a partial refund.
Campus Memberships are arranged between Intern Stump and the institution under their own agreement; students do not pay for them and are not eligible for refunds.

3. When we always refund

You were charged but the iSure Coins or membership were not credited to your account.
You were charged more than once for the same order.
The amount charged is different from the price shown at checkout.

4. How to request a refund

Write to us through the Contact Us page (choose "Payment or iSure Coins issue") or email info@internstump.com within 7 days of the payment.
Include your registered email, LMS ID and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt email.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank.

5. Account closure

If your account is suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions, unused iSure Coins and remaining membership time are not refunded.
